A watch strap gets more contact with your skin than almost anything you own. It should be made like it matters. We hand-select leather from tanneries trusted by the world's finest luxury houses — Horween in Chicago, and heritage tanneries across Italy and France. Then we cut, stitch, and finish each strap by hand in our Utah workshop. The stitching, the edges, the feel. Every detail is deliberate, because the watch on your wrist deserves nothing less.

It was fine, relatively prompt and effortless. My only comment would be that for such a miniscule piece - a strap retention loop, the marginal cost of which is probably nothing for you - you could have given me 2 or 3 instead of one for the same shipping price

Order two keepers one was perfect. The other one was too small.

I ordered two keepers one fits perfect the other one the natural color is way too tight. I can barely get it on the strap possibly the wrong size.
The watch keeper is about twice the size of the original one, but that's not a problem.
It is, from what I can tell, made of good quality material and will last way longer than the original!
