Returns and Exchanges
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY WATCH STRAP?
If your item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Some custom orders may not be eligible for a return. Please send an email to james@threadedleather.com with the following information and we will send you a return shipping label:
- Order number (normally starts with a "TL" followed by a number)
- Would you like a return or exchange? (If exchange, please specify the item you would like to exchange for).
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, your request must be made within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us at james@threadedleather.com.
