Shipping policy

Processing (Lead) Time All orders are handmade to order in our Sandy, Utah workshop. Most orders ship within 3-6 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 8 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

US Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders $29.99 and up (USPS, 3–5 business days after processing)
  • Paid shipping options available for orders under $29.99

International Shipping We ship worldwide via DHL eCommerce and USPS First Class International. Where available, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise charges at delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Typical international transit times are 5–12 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Occasionally, carriers may not scan or update tracking immediately. If your tracking hasn't moved in a few days, your order is likely still in transit. Feel free to reach out if you have concerns.

Order Changes

Need to make a change to your order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@threadedleather.com. Since every strap is handmade to order, we can usually accommodate changes if your order hasn't entered production yet. The sooner you reach out, the better.

Returns & Exchanges We offer a 90-day return window. Items must be in the same condition as received with original packaging. Free exchanges are available for sizing adjustments, different strap widths, or completely different straps. Any price differences will be refunded or invoiced.

  • US returns: Free. Visit our returns portal and a prepaid USPS shipping label will be emailed to you.
  • International returns: Please email us at support@threadedleather.com before sending anything back so we can coordinate.
  • Defective or damaged items: We stand behind our products with a lifetime guarantee. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us and we'll make it right, no questions asked.
  • Shipping upgrade costs (all options besides Free Shipping) are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return and will be applied to the original payment method.

Lost or Damaged Shipments All domestic shipments include up to $200 in shipping insurance. If your package is lost or damaged, contact us and we'll get it sorted.
