Refund policy

We have a generous return policy, which means you can return your item(s) as long as they are in the same condition as they were received, and with the original packaging within 90 days. If there is an issue with the quality or contents of your order, we will gladly work with you to return or exchange those item(s) to make it right.

Exchanges are also free and easy, we can adjust sizing for different wrist sizes/strap widths no problem. Exchanges for completely different watch straps are also free - any differences in price will be refunded or invoiced.

Once your request is completed, we'll send a prepaid shipping label to your email address. Print and place the label on your original package and drop off at any USPS drop box or location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All shipping upgrades are non-refundable (all options besides "Free Shipping").
